good Saturday Morning

good morning cali crew,
yeah it's the weekend. i'm gonna be sending a quit weekend at home with my daughter.. i do have to do some cleaning but no big deal.. i sure home janine is ok i sure miss her.. i finally went to the doc for my headaches and he gave me some wonder drugs thank god. i don't find out about my ultra sound til thurs..so i'm on pins and needles about that..
so what is everyone doing today? i hope everyone has a great day...

You know Lisa, I wish I lived closer to you . . . you have to have the cleanest house anywhere!  I'd hire you!  LOL ... . I am soooooo not "Suzzie Homemaker" . . .

We have some good news . . .we THINK!  My son talked to the head guy in Monterey - and his position has FINALLY opened up . . . and they are starting the paperwork . .. and he is SUPPOSED to be up there within the month!  HIP HIP HORRAY!!!!!!  PLEASE let this happen!  Of course when it does I'll have to take time off work and drive the moving truck up there . . . so maybe I could have coffee with some Monterey peeps when that happens!  To cool!

My DIL is on a roll and is already outside setting up a yard sale right now (5:30) - so there was no sleeping in for me at all . . . but that is oK . . .I can deal with getting their CRAP out of my garage . . . you would not believe what it looks like out there! 

OMG - LOL THERE ARE PEOPLE OUTSIDE AT THE YARD SALE ALREADY - OMG IT'S 5:39!!!!!

I'm off to my Wal-Mart run and breakfast with my friend at 7, and then the San Diego lunch at 11:30 . . .

Good morning Cali Guys and Gals.

I hope all is well with everyone.  Today is going to be a girl day just goofing with a frined of mine and running the streets.  I am looking forward to today a lot.  Should be fun, no guys no kids, no animals nothing but gals.   Maybe some coffee and some lunch, no one wanting my food how exiting is that?  Well I better go talk soon.

Good Morning Cali!  Janine, hope you are okay, we miss you.  Looking forward to having lunch with the San Diego bunch today.  Other than that, plan on spending a quiet weekend recovering from a "short" week at work.  (how does 4 days feel like 8?)

Good Morning Lisa and Cali Friends,

It was nice to sleep in a little as my back is giving me fits again.  I don't like it.  But I will try to get out and do a little walking today as I have to go shopping with my mother-in-law and getting nails done.  I will miss my buddies at the Brentwood Coffee, but I'll see you next month.  Let me know when the next date is so I can plan to be there..

Tomorrow firing up the sewing machine and making blankets for the grandbabies, I pray are well received.

I sure wish I had a phone number for Janine as I hope she is ok.  We'll have to send out a So. Cal possee on her.

We have been up a while but just being lazy gals today.  Going to try to do a bit of cleaning and maybe a nap.  That's it for us.

I will be leaving to meet my new guy friend in Lancaster.  Let me just say this, the jury is still out for this one. 

 

Good Morning all...........or should I say afternoon?  I've been up and busy today since Joe and the dogs tromped all over me!  Talk about a wake-up call!  Doggies wanted their breakfast!

I've been up, cleaned up my kitchen (Joe's been grinding meat and making sausages!) sorted out my vitamins and took a road trip to Raleys to get my EAS protein powder.  Costco isn't selling it anymore!  They have a different brand and it's too high in sugars for me.   

We're headed to an all you can eat prawn and crab feed tonight.  I'm working it (handing out the crab and prawns) and Joe and Jayden, Justin and Tika, Tony and Candy are all gearing up to eat themselves into oblivion.  I don't envy them at all -- I'm happy as a clam eating my tiny bits!

I have to work tomorrow.  Again, gearing up for storms  The brunt is supposed to hit us tomorrow around 6 am so I have to show by 10.  Off and running.  I've got bacon cheese chips in the oven that need to come out.

Yummm, Bacon cheese chips?? May I have that recipes please?
